1. ROYAL ARTIST

1.1 Royal Artist title by PhiAcademy can be assigned to any person who meets the following conditions:

  • has had the Artist title for at least 6 months;
  • is active on social networks and groups by publishing his/her works which were noticed by Masters;
  • has passed the Skin Expert course.

1.3        By obtaining the Royal Artist title, Artists receive new logo, certificate and PhiMap is updated accordingly with the new title.

2. TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION

2.1 Royal Artist is allowed to give trainings for the technique for which he/she has obtained the title under the following conditions:

  • under his/her own name;
  • he/she is allowed to use PhiAcademy products (pigments and other materials);
  • can create and issue his/her own certificates.

2.2 Royal Artist is strictly forbidden to do the following when giving his/her own trainings:

  • advertise and conduct trainings as if they are under PhiAcademy brand;
  • use PhiAcademy trademarks;
  • use scripts, CraftMaster application materials or any other materials, videos, etc. with PhiAcademy trademarks or marks of the treatment used by PhiAcademy.

2.3 Royal Artist can assist Masters in trainings and teach the theoretical part, as well as monitor students through the CraftMaster application for a certain fee in agreement with the Master.

2.4. Royal Artist can perform Monitoring to all Artists, as well as students who are at the last level of their course (which includes working on a model). Royal Artists who wish to perform Monitoring can email monitoring@phiacademy.com for more information.

3. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING MASTER ASSOCIATE TITLE

3.1 In order for a person with the Royal Artist title to obtain the Master Associate title, he/she has to meet the following conditions:

  • to have the Royal Artist title for at least 6 months;
  • to be active on social networks and groups by publishing his/her works which were noticed by Masters;
  • to pass the Skin Expert and First Class Service courses;
  • to be an approved candidate for the Master title which is confirmed by the Academy;
  • to have not broken any PhiAcademy rules.

3.3 PhiAcademy has the right in its sole discretion to decide whether a Royal Artist fulfils the necessary requirements in accordance with point 3.1 in order to obtain the Master Associate title.

4. CONDITIONS FOR USING TITLES AND TRADEMARKS OWNED BY PHIACADEMY

4.1 Royal Artist has the right to use his/her Royal Artist title with a personal code on all his/her photographs showing the technique for which he/she has been appointed as a Royal Artist. Any additional specification is prohibited, especially the use of geographical indications, e.g. Royal Artist Australia, Royal Artist Europe, Royal Artist Austria, Royal Artist Asia, Royal Artist USA, Royal Artist Canada...

4.2 Royal Artist has the right to use the name Royal Artist when presenting himself/herself on a personal or business website as well as on business documentation.

4.3 In the event that Royal Artist uses any product, tool, equipment or means that are not under PhiAcademy brand as well as a technique that is not PhiAcademy, that person has no right to use the PhiAcademy trademarks and brand in the work area and to represent that such work is under the PhiAcademy brand.

4.4 Any use of PhiAcademy trademark or trademarks by Royal Artist that has not been specifically listed here as approved, must be approved by PhiAcademy legal team.

4.5 Any use of any trademark owned by PhiAcademy for which there is no consent by PhiAcademy is considered unauthorized use of trademarks.

4.6 PhiAcademy has the full right to protect its trademarks in order to ensure their unique position in traffic. In case of unauthorized use of trademarks, PhiAcademy will be forced to undertake and use all legal means to protect its interests, including proceedings before the court for trademark infringement, dilution of the trademark and damages.

5. LOSING THE TITLE

5.1 PhiAcademy has the right to take away a Royal Artist’s title and remove him/her from PhiMap in the event that the Royal Artist:

a)      uses pigments and materials that do not belong to or have not been approved by PhiAcademy, when performing the technique for which he/she has the Royal Artist title

b)      if Royal Artist’s behaviour damages relations with PhiAcademy, other PhiAcademy members, as well as in all cases when Royal Artist verbally insults PhiAcademy, or any other PhiAcademy member, gossips about them, makes fun of them, imitates gestures or movements, makes negative comments, makes up stories or spreads falsehoods about them, calls them derogatory or degrading names, words, any behaviour that has the effect of violating the dignity and insulting the person, as well as the reputation of PhiAcademy and PhiAcademy members, as well as any other behaviour that exceeds the standards of acceptable behaviour;

c)      publicly posts other people’s bad works;

d)      presents someone else's work as one's own and publishes someone else's work without the consent of the author of the work, regardless of whether the work belongs to a PhiAcademy member or not;

e) uses know-how techniques and other PhiAcademy intellectual property for his/her personal promotion and advertisements of his/her personal business or other brands.

f) uses products of another brand while performing Monitoring and trainings from point 2.1. or trainings under another brand.

g)      does not use products under PhiAcademy brand but uses another brand’s products when doing monitoring;

h)       does not comply with the registration procedure for monitoring through PhiCert and by purchasing PhiShop vouchers;

i)      gives monitoring for a technique for which he/she does not have the Royal Artist title;

j)      gives monitoring to persons who are not PhiAcademy students and Artists;

k)        during monitoring, demonstrates advanced techniques (perfection and advanced) on latex;

l)        does not follow the monitoring protocol and procedure (observation and performance);

m)      does not provide monitoring in the conditions that meet the legal and hygienic requirements for its implementation;

n)        entrust the implementation of monitoring to a person who is not qualified for it;

o)   does not provide PhiAcademy with data on the completed monitoring procedure;

p)      provides incorrect or incomplete data on completed monitoring;

q)      gives monitoring without PhiAcademy consent;

r)      gives monitoring without meeting the conditions for its implementation;

s)      gives monitoring for more than one participant at the same time;

t)       does not follow and breaks any other rules prescribed by PhiAcademy.

5.2 PhiAcademy has the right to take the Royal Artist’s title away and return him/her to the Artist level if he/she does not practice enough or participate actively and publish his/her works. If the Artist whose title has been taken away improves his/her works and continues to actively follow all new techniques and materials, he/she can obtain the Royal Artist title again. When losing the title and returning to the Artist title, Royal Artist cannot perform monitoring.

5.3  PhiAcademy has the right in its sole discretion to decide whether Artist meets the necessary requirements in accordance with point 5.2 and obtains the Royal Artist title again.
