My name is Lada Holman and I used to be a waitress with a below-average salary and after the divorce I lived with my son in a small rented apartment on the edge of Czech Republic. I currently have two sons, my husband is on maternity and I am buying a house for my family and another house in another city where I am building the new Academy headquarters. This is my Phi story.
In 2016, I saw PhiBrows Microblading for the first time in the work of Ana Oprea. I immediately fell in love with this technique. I wrote to the nearest Master and asked about the course, but it was completely inaccessible financially for me.
In 2017, I took out a bank loan and went to try it. And it worked. A month after the course, I officially became a PhiBrows Artist. This work completely engulfed me, although the beginnings were difficult, but when I understood that it was basically art, I began to prosper. I had a clear goal - to be the best Artist in our small town.

Half a year after the end of the course, I completed perfection training and officially became one of the 3 Royal Artists in the Czech Republic. It was something unimaginable, unattainable for me, but still it happened.
In 2019, I took a BreezyBrows course invented by my best friend Veronika Petras. And then I had quite an incredible opportunity to become the Czech PhiBrows Master. To this day I remember getting off the train and reading the news of being a Master. I sat at the station for about an hour, crying with happiness and not believing what was happening.

Very soon, I started building Phi Academy in the Czech capital. Every day, I drive 130 km to work and I really enjoy it. We prepare latex days for students, online webinars, newer workbooks, materials and I try to do the best for students so that they can experience changes like me.

In only 3 years at the Academy, our lives have changed beyond recognition and I have never even dreamed of what one can do. I owe everything to Branko Babic and his whole team, for the support we receive. I am so grateful for having the Academy change my life and life of my family.
